The website was first started as part of the millenium celebrations when I scanned in a lot of photos that were used for the display in the village school. I wanted to provide a way for people to see the photos long after the exhibition had gone. Hence the website! Over the last nine years the time I have had availalble for the website has ebbed and flowed, but a recent email from a person in South America made me realise that it can reach places, and have positive benefits far beyond my first thoughts for it. So here we are website version 5! Please feel free to contribute. I am always willing to publish any photographs that refelect the village, stories or memories, as well as advertise village events, organisations or businesses.
